The crew was fantastic, good food, too big potions but was very nice. I am amazed about the staff which was very helpful and friendly.

Great resort overall, very friendly service and helpful throughout. However the size of the hotel bathroom was very small for a 3-pax stay in the same room. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was so so. The hotel equipment requires a refresh, many longchairs at the beach for example were broken. The flight back to Brussels was delayed by 6 hours and to date TUI has taken no action to respond in any way to our emails and attempts of reclamation. Very disappointing the way the holiday ended!

Great crew, right amount of time for swim stops and lunch was good. But there was not enough lunches so only had 4 for 5 of us, due to caterers not suppling enough, the Captain was very apologetic and even gave my son a sandwich from his own lunch. Though TUI are yet to respond to my email!

The boat was amazing real luxury and all the stops were breathtaking. For the money the food and amount of drink on offer was poor.

Trip was great but the swim stops were very short and felt very rushed. Longer time swimming would be better.

The food was appalling, truly disappointing for the cost and so called 5 star. The journey back was a shambles, flights were delayed, moved and cancelled. Ended up being flown back to the wrong air port and put on a coach.
